INCUBATOR
Program

The Incubator is more than a workout program: it’s your step-by-step OnRamp to a healthy life. 

Throughout your 12 weeks, you’ll get access to consistent private training sessions, nutrition coaching, and unlimited group classes. 

We offer three varying tracks of the Incubator Program based on your goals and needs. Each include:

 

  • Personal Training Sessions

  • Group CrossFit Classes

  • Individualized Nutrition Coaching

  • InBody Scans

  • Exclusive apps to help you stay on Track

ACTIFY

Actify your life. Designed for Beginners.

 

We all start somewhere. Actify is small group training designed with you in mind. Each 60-minute, fully Coached class focuses on building your foundation of functional strength and endurance for your life. No barbell required, no previous experience required, no limits.

 

Enhance and improve your health, fitness, and quality of life for fitness built to last.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Reach the next level in your fitness. Personalized exercise selection and one-on-one coaching allow our clients to dial in on specific goals and achieve new milestones in their training.

NUTRITION

Our Nutrition Coaching Program offers Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, as well as remote exercise programs.  

 

We believe that something as foundational as nutrition shoulden't be complicated. At CFF we focus on a phased approach. First, we do an assessment to find out where you are at. Then, we test your biometrics and set goals to design a plan that is customized for you.  

Youth classes

Character Driven, Level Based, Fitness System for youth ages 6-17.

 

Youth Empowerment Systems of CrossFit Fargo is designed to empower youth through movement, to instill core values, and a lifelong love of fitness, and to build new levels of confidence, resiliency, and growth mindset in every child.
